We encourage constant advancement towards higher levels of fitness and comfort to gain strength and flexibility and to increase endurance and capacity for unlimited activity. Students of all levels feel comfortable and motivated at Back In Shape. All our classes improve your muscle tone and flexibility and you will look leaner, stand taller and feel graceful, energetic and clear.

I invite new students to call and arrange a 15 minute meeting to discuss your needs and determine the best course of action for you. You may need a private lesson before taking classes to learn our method, or decide to stay with one-on-one training. We offer group classes that are small enough (maximum 6 students) to enjoy your Muscle Memory workout. You will improve your posture, strengthen your muscles and free up your joints in all our classes.

The Muscle Memory Method is a new way of training your mind to know the cues to make your body work well all the time. I believe that while 30% of the actual exercises are responsible for achieving your maximum fitness, it's thinking about using your muscles the rest of the time (70%) that eliminates pain and sets you on the strong activity path. This way of learning is interactive and fun. And most important, you remain interested because your mind is involved during your workout and you remain motivated because you see phenomenal results in a very short time. It's about becoming mindful and connected to your body in a useful way.

I will begin a new class for any group of 5 students. Please call to discuss this. Private one–on–one training begins daily at 7:30 am and is available throughout the day. Last appointment is at 7:00 PM


Fees:

All classes are $20 each.

Unlimited classes are $150 per month

Private training is $100 per hour
